Associate Director, Registry Development
Led the Regen Registry Program through new client and partnership agreements, a pricing restructure, and the development of educational resources. Onboarded ten methodologies into the Credit Protocol Library, architected the Expert Peer Review process, and co-authored the Registry Handbook.
Communication & Sustainable Project Design
A bold reimagining of a timeless brand centered on artisanal, "storied" seafood and regenerative practices — supporting traditional fishers restoring mangrove and seagrass ecosystems that sequester carbon, support biodiversity, and strengthen coastal resilience.

Independent Expert Panel Member
Led a team of four specialists on the inaugural Biodiversity Credit Issuance for the Cercarbono Biodiversity Certification Programme. The initiative completed its first round, resulting in Indigenous-led Biodiversity Credits issued for international trading.

Consultant — Investor identification & protocol design
Designed and implemented the UK Government's Darwin Initiative — a five-year, £800,000 programme titled Locally Led Environmental Stewardship to Protect Madagascar's Forests and Communities. Consortium: Money for Madagascar, Sadabe, UWE Bristol, Regen Network.

Project Manager
Facilitated ongoing dialogues centered on systems transformation. Designed the original logo and website, coordinated structural support and participation for the 2021 international conference, and continue in an advisory role for the arts initiative.
